I spent about three weeks traveling in Ukraine total. I visited Kiev, Lviv, some smaller places in between, and most importantly Chernobyl and the Pripyat sites.
For US citizens, you could enter Ukraine for 90 days visa free. I am unsure of regulations now with the war. Also unsure how much you are able to travel in the country in general.
I met some really wonderful Ukrainians and had some wacky experiences. It is one of only two places I have traveled where I felt someone was trying to solicit some type of bribe.
